Mahindra & Mahindra rolls out its new entry level sedan VERITO in the Kerala today. The part of the Mahindra Group, M&M announced the same at its launching. The new Verito enters the market with the strengths of Logan, having some addition in style and key features which gives it a big hand. Although, being luxurious & stylish in features, it will be a entry level sedan by its price range and this is the most exciting part of Verito.
Ravindra Shahane, General Manager, Marketing , Automotive Division , Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, said at the launch – ‘the Verito is all set to be the most exciting buy in the entry level sedan category for Indian consumers’. The petrol variant of Verito is priced at Rs. 4.82 Lakh while the Diesel variant will be at Rs. 5.62 Lakh (Ex-showroom prices), he said.
So far as the launching venue is concerned, Shahane said “”Kerala is one of the most important markets for us, especially for our passenger sedan”. He added ‘Logan grew by more than 160 percent in Kerala in the last financial year 2010-11, doubled its market share’,
