British company MG Motors recently introduced its upcoming SUV in India. This 5-seater SUV is the company’s first product in India. This will be launched in India in June.
Booking for this car will start in the first week of June. According to a report by Newsfry India, the company will launch 7-seater variants of this car in the Indian market. 7 seater variants of this SUV will be available in India for Sale next year.
Changes not required:
The company will introduce third row of seats in this car. This car comes with large dimensions, so seats can easily be added to the third row. The car was introduced recently. This car comes with the largest boot space in its segment. The car’s boot space is 587 liters. That is why there is no need to change much just to add the third row.
The car’s 7-seater variant will be based on the Baujon 530 SUV, which is already available in the Chinese market. MG Motors India’s MD and CEO said, “Due to its dimensions, technically we can not call it a 7 or 8 seater. When the third row of seats will be added in Hector, then only BS6 Emission Norms will be effective.
Hector’s Technical aspect:
The company has introduced its first car in India yesterday. Talking about the dimensions of this car, its length is 4,655mm, width is 1,835mm and height is 1,760mm. The wheel base of this car is 2,750mm. The ground clearance of the car is 192mm.
Prices of Hector’s 7-seater
The price of the company’s 7-seater variants may be slightly higher than the regular variant. It is believed that the price of 7-seater SUV will be around 25 lakh rupees. After the launch, this car will give tough fight to Tata Cassini (7 Seater Variants of Harrier), Toyota Fortuner, Ford Endeavor and Skoda Kodiak in India.
