BYD India has officially announced the prices and variant-wise features of its new luxury electric sedan, the BYD Seal. Priced at Rs. 41 lakh (ex-showroom) onwards, the Seal is available in three variants: Dynamic, Premium, and Performance. Let’s delve into the features of each variant.

Powertrain and Battery
The BYD Seal offers two battery pack options: 61.44kWh and 82.56kWh. The Dynamic variant (RWD) uses the former and offers a claimed range of 510km. The Premium and Performance variants share the 82.56kWh battery, with the former offering a range of 650km and the latter, an AWD version, providing a range of 580km. Acceleration times vary from 7.5 seconds for the Dynamic variant to 3.8 seconds for the Performance variant.
